I ordered a 2XL. I am 6.1 Ft Tall and
weight 220 before Lipo. I am just 11 days post Lipo stomach & flank areas. The initial fit is snug in the Doctor recommended areas, and will be a perfect fit for my dimensions around day 14 per my Doctor/surgeon. Pre-Op dimensions are below:

48 in chest
Initial waist size was a 37
